1. Agreement
By using OperativeGrowth's website, submitting a booking, or engaging us for work, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
2. Services
We provide web deployment, admin backends, SEO, analytics, product imagery, marketing, influencer reach, and related services. Each engagement is defined by a scope document or proposal we share with you before work begins.
3. Bookings and deposits
- Consultations are free 15-minute calls. Presence, Growth, Scale and Website Development require 50% upfront and 50% after approved completion. Fixed individual services are paid in full through Stripe.
- The deposit is credited toward your final project total.
- Selected monthly services charge their first month at checkout and renew monthly. Website work requires a separate paid Basic ($99/month) or Plus ($149/month) maintenance subscription.
- Custom production and other custom services are quote requests at $0 today, not free work. Scope and final pricing require approval before payment. Photography dates remain Scheduling Pending until confirmed by our team.
4. Payment
Project completion balances are due after approved completion and are not charged automatically. Other invoices follow the terms in your approved proposal. Late invoices may pause work. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Scope and revisions
Each engagement includes a defined scope and revision count. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. We won't surprise you with a bill.
6. Ownership
Once you've paid in full for an engagement, you own the final deliverables we create for your business (website code, images, copy, etc.). We retain rights to our underlying tooling, templates, and internal frameworks, and we may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Cancellations
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Project cancellations follow the approved scope and cancellation terms. You'll be invoiced for work already completed and any non-refundable third-party costs (ad spend, software licenses, etc.) we incurred on your behalf.
2-Hour Photography Shoot ($1,000, paid in full online). Payment secures the package; your preferred date and time are not confirmed until our team confirms them in writing. If we can't arrange a mutually acceptable date, you can choose a full refund. Once a date is confirmed, contact us as early as possible to reschedule.
8. Confidentiality
We treat anything you share with us about your business as confidential and only use it to deliver the services you've engaged us for.
9. Warranties and liability
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, revenue, follower counts). Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
