Starting problem: Elite Blk Car was booking private chauffeur trips by phone and text with no website, no online reservation flow, and no single place to see the day's rides. Quotes, confirmations, and payment all happened manually, so every new client meant more admin work instead of more revenue.
What we built: We built and launched eliteblkcar.com as a complete booking platform: a fixed-price ride request and quote flow, card payment at the time of booking, automatic email confirmations for the client and dispatch, live ride tracking, driver confirmation, and an admin dashboard where every reservation, vehicle, and payment is managed in one place. Fleet pages, brand photography, and technical and local SEO for Los Angeles chauffeur searches were delivered in the same engagement.
Result: Elite Blk Car now takes reservations and payment online 24/7 instead of by phone, with dispatch, tracking, and receipts running automatically from one dashboard — replacing manual quoting and follow-up. Ranking and booking-volume figures will be published here once the client approves the reported numbers.
